Matthew 11:29

"Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." A yoke is used when putting two animals together. It is usually used for a stronger animal and a weaker one to train. The stronger animal is to carry the heavy load, and the weaker one is to lean on the stronger. Jesus is our yoke. He is definitely carrying the heavy burden, and we are to lean on him to get our calling accomplished. We are to lay all our burdens at the feet of Jesus. He will lead and guide us in the way we need to go. We just have to listen!
